A huge part of being fit and healthy comes from nutrition. Duh. Frequently I recommend clients get more protein, water and almost always recommend incorporating more organic vegetables and fruits. I started training Tom Gaynor about two years ago. And looking back at how far he’s come I can barely remember some of the challenges we used to face.
