JJFit Challenge: On-Demand 45-Minute Total Body Workouts

For nearly two years during the pandemic #TeamJJFit meet weekly on Zoom to workout live together and to raise money for dozens of amazing nonprofits. In total we donated $11,636 to organizations that represent the underrepresented and work to stop violence, to feed the hungry, to end homeless and so much more. We sweat together, we laughed together and from time to time we cried together.

Each week I recorded class and archived them all here. Every class is a 45-minute total body workout focused on mobility and strength. Each class includes a dynamic warm-up with core and glute activation. There are three main sections of class: complex compound legs, upper body and core. Each section has three moves for time. We focus on quality of movement and adding balance to the body. I offer cues and alternatives to make sure the class is safe and effective for all fitness levels and injuries. All you'll need is your body weight and a few dumbbells or resistance bands. It would be great too if you have an ankle band or hip circle.

Access any of these on-demand classes for a donation of $5. At the end of each month I will donate 100% of funds raised to the Yosemite Conservancy.

JJ’s weekly group class is the next best thing to being able to go to a gym for a group fitness class. It’s a great way to kickstart my Friday; I get in a great workout and sweat for a good cause! JJ’s recorded library of past classes are a great alternative as well in the event I can’t make class or just want a guided strength class. Since the onset of the pandemic, group class has quickly become one of the things I look forward to each week!
